Почти два миллиона российских туристов посетили Объединенные Арабские Эмираты в 2024 году, в России побывали более 67 тысяч туристов из ОАЭ. Об этом сообщалось в ходе встречи первого вице-премьера РФ Дениса Мантурова с президентом ОАЭ Его Высочеством шейхом Мухаммедом бен Заедом Аль Нахайяном.
На встрече стороны обсудили актуальные вопросы сотрудничества России и ОАЭ в торгово-экономической и культурно-гуманитарной сферах. Денис Мантуров отметил динамичное развитие сотрудничества двух стран в области туризма.
Наращиванию туризма способствует расширение прямого воздушного сообщения. Так, сегодня между городами России и ОАЭ осуществляется свыше 300 регулярных пассажирских рейсов в неделю, что в 1,5 раза больше, чем полгода назад.
Президент ОАЭ и вице-премьер РФ также обсуждали взаимодействие в спортивной области, в том числе проведение в 2025 году Эмиратах второго международного мультиспортивного турнира «Игры будущего». Денис Мантуров отметил готовность российской стороны поделиться опытом и оказать максимальное содействие в организации игр.
Almost two million Russian tourists visited the United Arab Emirates in 2024, and more than 67,000 tourists from the UAE visited Russia. This was reported during the meeting of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov with the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
At the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of cooperation between Russia and the UAE in the trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Denis Manturov noted the dynamic development of cooperation between the two countries in the field of tourism.
The expansion of direct air service contributes to the growth of tourism. So, today there are over 300 regular passenger flights per week between the cities of Russia and the UAE, which is 1.5 times more than six months ago.
The President of the UAE and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation also discussed cooperation in the sports field, including the holding of the second international multisport tournament “Games of the Future” in 2025 in the Emirates. Denis Manturov noted the willingness of the Russian side to share its experience and provide maximum assistance in organizing the games.
